An early attempt at a shared component library, kept here because the lesson is worth more than the code: it was abstracted before there were two real consumers, and both projects ended up fighting it.
About the project
Built at Tech Solutions, when two products started copying the same components. We extracted a shared library too early: before there were two real consumers, the APIs were designed for imagined cases. Both teams ended up passing escape-hatch props everywhere. We archived the kit and wrote down the lesson: extract after the third real use, not before the first.
