Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Profolio. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Profolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Profolio to publish illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent or misleading content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or access data you are not authorized to view. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on your portfolio. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you publish.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Brazilian reais and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Asaas, which accepts credit card, PIX and boleto. You may cancel at any time from the subscription tab in settings — the renewal stops immediately and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Boleto and PIX charges are settled by you at each renewal; a charge that goes unpaid past its due date suspends Premium until it is settled. Refunds are handled case-by-case via suporte@profolio.com.br. Prices and plan limits may change with reasonable notice.
6. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with notice when possible.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
